Never Received

Normally I have loved the bandanas from WagSwag, but I placed the order for this on Feb 16th and still have not received it. I reached out and was told it shipped; I then asked for the tracking information for proof of delivery and have not received that. I never got an email stating it was shipped out. Pretty upset that I got charged for this and will be disputing with my credit card company.
